Recently, universities, research institutes, and corporations have been implementing various initiatives with the goal of creating organizations where diverse human resources can play an active role, regardless of gender, nationality and disability. And the term “diversity” also seems to be becoming more popular in our society. However, there is still no widespread understanding of the benefits of diversity promotion. Some people say, "I know the term diversity, but I don't know what the benefits of promoting diversity are.”
Therefore, in this session, we will discuss why need diversity promotion and how diversity and inclusion can lead to innovation creation.
