The UNESCO Chair on Nature-Culture Linkages at the University of Tsukuba is continuously working towards SDG 11 Target 4, by "strengthening efforts to protect and safeguard the world’s cultural and natural heritage" through innovative capacity building in Asia and the Pacific. In this fourth international symposium organized by the UNESCO Chair, we will explore with international guest speakers and participants of the CBWNCL 2019 – workshop on Mixed Cultural and Natural Heritage.
