Tsukuba Science City is a city where Japan’s state-of-the-art science and technology gathers. When you walk in Tsukuba, you will see the research results of over 160 research institutes and more than 20,000 researchers. University of Tsukuba located in the science city is a university where a wide range of academic discipline including physical education and art. Student of the university can study a wide range of academic discipline and study more own interesting disciplines. There are many seminars where students gather independently and deepen their interests. This time, we plan to announce the research being conducted by students. We plan that students presentation on research and academic disciplines of interest. Like the “Tsukuba” city where you can discover new discoveries by walking around the city, this is a project where visitors of the Tsukuba Society can discover new things “anywhere”.

つくば研究学園都市は日本最先端の科学技術が集まるまち。つくばを歩けば、160以上の研究所と2万人を超える研究者による研究成果に出会えます。そんな学園都市に位置する筑波大学は体育や芸術をも含む総合的な大学。学生は幅広い分野の教養を得つつ、研究大学として自分の専門を学部時代から極めることができます。そのため学生たちが自主的に自分達の興味に基づき集まり、学びを深めるゼミも多数存在します。今回は学生が行っている研究や学びを発表する企画を行います。
まちを歩けば新しい発見に出会える「つくば」のまちのように、筑波学会の来場者に「どこでも」新しい発見を見つけてもらえる企画です。
