In modern society, diversification, complication, and borderlessization are progressing rapidly. When thinking Society 5.0 and SDGs, it is the most important issue to understand various people and to maintain appropriate relationship.
These days, the idea based on a social model that regards the developmental disabilities as "neurodiversity" has developed. In this session, young researchers conducting pioneering practice and research for people with diverse developmental characteristics discuss the future toward the realization of society to bridge basic research, social contribution activities and business seamlessly.

現代社会は、急速に多様化・複雑化・ボーダーレス化が進んでおり、Society 5.0とSDGsを見据えた時に、多様な他者を理解し、適切な関係性（社会性）を維持できる社会を実現することが最重要課題である。最近では、発達障害に関しては従来の医学モデルに基づく考え方から、発達特性を「神経多様性（ニューロダイバーシティ）」と捉える社会モデルに基づく考え方が欧米を中心に展開してきている。本セッションでは、発達障害をメインテーマに多様な発達特性を有する人々に関する先駆的な実践・研究を行っている若手研究者等を招き、基礎研究と社会貢献活動、ビジネスをシームレスに橋渡し、多様性が活きる社会の実現に向けた未来について議論する。

"Analysis of Human-Human Interaction of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder"
2015年慶應義塾大学大学院社会学研究科博士課程単位取得満期退学。博士（心理学）。日本学術振興会特別研究員（DC1, PD）、フィラデルフィア小児病院自閉症研究センター訪問研究員を経て、2018年筑波大学人間系助教、現在に至る。行動デザイン、応用行動分析学の研究に従事。International Society for Autism Research、Association for Computing Machinery、日本心理学会、日本行動分析学会会員。今回のセッションでは、最新のテクノロジーを活用したヒトーヒトインタラクションについての研究をお話する予定です。

筑波大学で修士（障害科学）を取得後、株式会社LITALICOで指導員として発達障害児を含め、困難を抱えた子どもを支援しています。ブラジル国籍の弟が発達障害であることをきっかけに、大学では外国籍の発達障害児に対して、行動分析学に基づいた支援研究を進めてきました。今回のセッションでは、日本に住む外国籍の発達障害児やその家族が直面する問題、言語獲得にバイリンガル環境が与える影響や、適切な支援のあり方をお話します。

筑波大学人間系 特任助教。博士 (心理学)。行動分析学、臨床発達心理学を専門とし、発達障害(特に自閉スペクトラム症)児に対する早期発達支援と幼小間の就学移行支援に関する研究と実践を行っています。現在は、発達障害児とその保護者に対するICTを活用した遠隔支援の効果検証を進めています。今回のセッションでは、幼児期から学齢期にかけてそれぞれの「場」がつながるための研究と実践のあり方についてお話しさせていただきます。

筑波大学ダイバーシティ・アクセシビリティ・キャリアセンター准教授。博士（障害科学）。行動分析学、発達障害（主に自閉スペクトラム症）、支援技術を専門として、発達障害の診断や傾向のある大学生への支援システムの研究を進めています。今回のセッションでは、発達障害の医学的診断は受けていないが、大学生活上で支援ニーズを有するグレーゾーンといわれる学生にどのような形のサポートがありうるか研究・実践をお話します。
