In this session, we will discuss what are the current challenges in terms of materials science and semiconductor engineering for realizing to carbon neutrality, what kind of research should be done and what kind of materials, semiconductor devices, and semiconductor packaging technology should be developed, by the young researchers in materials science and power electronics.
カーボンニュートラルに貢献する材料科学やパワークトロニクスの若手研究者により、カーボンニュートラルの実現に向けて、材料科学や半導体工学の観点で現在何が課題であり、その課題が克服されるとどのような恩恵があり、そのためにはどのような研究を行いどのような材料、半導体デバイス、半導体実装技術を開発する必要があるかを討論する。
